The team deals with practical and legal issues related to property management, from arranging for safety certificates and an inventory, to tax, deposits and insurance, ensuring the tenancy runs smoothly. Juliette’s team deals on clients’ behalf with routine repairs and maintenance or with any emergency.

In addition to day to day responsibilities, Juliette can oversee any refurbishments and general management issues while the clients’ property is vacant.
