Family Home, Richmond
This contemporary family home in Richmond, adjacent to the park and within a conservation area, was redesigned to reinstate original features while introducing a calm muted palette accented by contemporary art. A bespoke approach throughout included commissioned lighting, statement artwork, and even a freshwater aquarium in the study. The new Boffi kitchen sits within a large extension with floor-to-ceiling glazing, paired with an Armani Casa dining table, bespoke faux leather chairs, a Rug Company “City Scape” rug, and sculptural accents. The drawing room was given classical panelling and a Thornhill marble fireplace, with Christian Liaigre sofas, an LNA coffee table, rose-hued glass lamps by Best & Lloyd, and artwork by Tim Wilcock creating a welcoming yet elegant atmosphere. Upstairs, the master suite overlooks the lap pool, styled in aubergine and neutral tones with Porta Romana lamps, a bespoke walnut dressing room, and a bathroom upgraded with dark Macassar ebony joinery, offering a serene retreat for the family.
