Situated in the prestigious Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat on the French Riviera, this contemporary villa was completely transformed for our long-standing Canadian clients. The vision was to create an elegant turnkey holiday home that combined timeless interior design with modern functionality, providing the perfect setting for entertaining family and friends. The extensive renovation involved reimagining the existing layout to create a more cohesive flow throughout the property. The kitchen and dining room were redesigned to connect seamlessly with the adjoining outdoor terrace, embracing the Mediterranean lifestyle. Beautiful Taj Mahal stone was introduced to the kitchen and bespoke bar, bringing a sense of understated luxury to the space. In the main reception room, a striking full-height Italian Travertine fireplace creates an elegant focal point, complemented by carefully considered furniture arrangements that maximise the spectacular views across the Côte d’Azur. Bespoke display joinery adds further architectural interest. The four bedrooms were fully redesigned with luxurious en-suite bathrooms, while the existing garage was transformed into a contemporary media room and private gym. Throughout the villa, carefully selected furnishings and refined finishes create a harmonious interior that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The result is a beautifully considered luxury residence designed for effortless living on the French Riviera. It is our latest project on the Côte d’Azur, following Cannes and Saint-Tropez, and you can read more about our interior design work in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
